Nutricraft Labs provides consulting and matchmaking services for supplement manufacturing, including:

Connecting clients with vetted GMP-certified manufacturers
Facilitating private label and custom formulation projects
Assisting with regulatory compliance and NPN applications
Coordinating quality testing and fulfillment services

We act as an intermediary and do not directly manufacture products.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared
Make timely payments according to agreed terms

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

No Guarantees: While we strive to connect you with qualified partners, we cannot guarantee:

Specific manufacturing outcomes or product quality
Regulatory approval (including NPN applications)
Market success of your products
Specific timelines or pricing from manufacturers

Third-Party Services: Manufacturing, testing, and fulfillment are performed by independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nutricraft Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of business, including formulations, business strategies, and partner details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutricraft Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutricraft Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Payment Terms
